Released my last hatched butterfly Sept 1st. A disappointing year in that I could only find 4 eggs that hatched compared to 22 last year. 3 females & 1 male all seemed healthy and strong and they were happy to be flying into the big beyond. Found more eggs but they never hatches thus assumed not fertilized. Many more plants this year but it did not help. My fingers are crossed that they all have a successful wintering and come back in larger numbers next year.
