I have two plots of milkweeds (A.syriaca)surrounded by various food flowers. The plots are separated by about 20 yards and each contains over a dozen milkweed plants. On this day, I counted 19 in the upper plot and and 6 in the lower plot. Also one chrysalis was seen in the upper plot on the same plant as 3 larvae were feeding.
