Monarch Waystation #299 report: 3 monarch butterflies were seen in and near the Children's Learning Garden, behind the Wason Education Center at the Virginia Living Museum, between 9:30 and 10 am. They were actively nectaring and did not stay still for long. One male, 1 female, 1 gender undetermined were identified.
