Monarch Larva Sighted
Sightings report image

Date: 09/09/2016

Number: 2

This morning I was filling the hummingbird feeder, when I noticed there were Monarch caterpillars munching on the asclepias! Here's one, in the attached photo. I don't know if they are from the eggs that I saw being laid a few weeks ago. Isn't it rather late for them? Will they have enough type to pupate and migrate?

Thank you,
Beverly
