Yesterday, Sept. 9 we had at least a dozen hummingbird sightings. So there were numerous birds or only a couple making frequent visits to the feeder. One was nectaring on the Russian sage. We have seen 2 at a time. The ones we saw were all female. We had seen a male several times earlier in the week.
