While visiting the Botanical Gardens in Norfolk, I saw numerous Monarchs, some male and some female, around the grounds, nectaring on various flowers. It was between 2:00 and 3:00 pm. The weather was partly cloudy, in the low eighties with a breeze, due to Hurricane Hermine off the shore of New Jersey.
