Yesterday, the 10th, was a very busy day..lot's of activity till I brought out the leaf blower to clean off the patio around 4 pm (from a night of rain and wind). it took over an hour for any to return, and only 3 came back to feed before nightfall.
I'm hoping it didn't scare them off..they've been there all summer through yard work.
This morning at 7..feeders still mostly full (very unusual), and as of 8:30, seen a grand total of 5. Routine was to clean and fill feeders after dark, for the dozen or so that would start arriving at 6:30-7:00 am .. my tube feeders would be empty in 20 minutes.
I don't want to think they're leaving!!!
