Where are the Hummingbirds I asked my husband? He said they are feeding on the Salvia Amistad in the Front yard & that white-flowering Shrub that came with the house that we still have not identified. He said they are feeding from them like "crazy". I said "Oh, no! That only means one thing! When they are in that "crazy flower feeding frenzy that means they are getting ready to leave! They also fed from the feeder's in the backyard but when I looked at the pictures my husband was correct. There 2 Juvie's are not our regulars. Our regulars have already left & we are getting some visiting ones. Well, guess I will keep a few feeder's out for awhile as last year we got a hummer that we did not know what it was that never did learn how to feed from our feeder's & we also got a visiting Rufous last October 2015. So will keep feeder's fresh & we will see. If I do not post anything you will know these visitor's moved on & we did not get anymore hummers' But, I am ready this year just in case those honeybee's decide to take over our feeder's. I have the Aspects Bee & Wasp Proof feeders with the Bee Guards that so far I have not had to use them.
