I am raising them in captivity because something - I'm pretty sure brown anoles - are eating the caterpillars. I just let the first butterfly, a female, go today. I have 12 chrysalises and 4 caterpillars.
The caterpillars came from my backyard and my schoolyard in Houston Texas.
