Today between 1 and 2:30 PM, I observed 4 monarchs. One was on the beach at Harrisville State Park and three were at Harrisville Harbor where I managed to tag one (WCZ-887). Weather was 100% sunshine with the temperature at 74F., and a wind west at 15 mph.
