I saw one monarch on a white David phlox paniculata.
I also saw what I think was one monarch flitting and feeding on the tiny white flowers high up in my Seven Son Tree/Heptacodium miconoides. I have to transfer the one picture I got in order to send to you.
In past years when we still had a lot of monarchs, they loved this Chinese tree's blossoms that come in September.
