Today between 3 and 5 PM, I observed 5 monarchs at Harrisville Harbor and was able to tag 1 (WCZ-888). I then went to Harrisville State Park and saw 3 on the beach and was able to tag 1 (WCZ-889). Weather was cloudy and rain in the AM. It then went partly cloudy with a temperature of 74F., and a windy wind at 16 mph out of the SW.
