Counted for 25 mins. along 1/2 mile trail. Monarchs were nectaring on goldenrod again and appeared to be hungry, as they roosted most of the day. Calm wind, temperature about 72 degrees. Day had been cloudy and cool, with light rain at times, but cleared off late afternoon.
