Monarch Waystation #271 report: 1 monarch flew very fast past me as I stood in my backyard, clipping back a vine. Too fast to determine gender. I hoped I'd see it nectar in the front yard [it was flying north in that direction up and over the house] but when I checked there about 45 seconds later I didn't see it.
