Arrived at Tip 6:25 pm. Calm rast side of Tip. Windy west side. Walked entire Tip area.
The sun set at 7:40 pm. No Monarchs observed until 7:45
When this male from the north, flitting south on west side near parking area came inland & proceeded to try to decide which tree he liked best to roost in finally choosing a juniper.
We had an all day rain, very unusual for our area. It cleared at 5 pm.
