The juveniles are still coming every day to the flowers. I can tell when they are new - they go for the red-handled bird bath brush, or for the red climbing rose.
When there are two, the competition is stiff. One day one of the hummers repeatedly tried to perch upon the flower head after shooing the other off. That unstable stance doesn't last long.
