Today between 1 and 4 PM, I observed 2 monarchs at Harrisville State Park campground. Weather was partly sunny with the temperature topping out at 80F., and a gusty wind at 15 mph from the south. This is why I believe no monarchs were migrating down the beach along Lake Huron.
