Fall is late in Northern Ontario. Until just last week, the leaves were still green. In the last few days we have spotted some poplars begin to have yellow leaves. Some Choke Cherry trees, are turning a reddish colour. Very few birds have begun to migrate. The chickadees are not yet at the feeders either. Looking at the horizon ..all is still a green colour.
