I got home from work around 6 p.m., & I saw 4 Monarchs nectaring on the Mexican Torch sunflowers in my backyard! There were many other kinds of butterflies out there too, enjoying the zinnias and sunflowers too! There may have been more Monarchs earlier in the day? It was a sunny warm day! It looked like the Monarchs flew in the trees when the sun set and got darker out.
