I have had three Hummingbirds visit my home since May 2016. Now, there are still currently two Hummers. In addition to subsidizing their diet with nectar, I have planted trees and flowers and vines that appeal to Hummingbirds. I think that is the reason they have continued their long visit and we are amazed to watch these fascinating birds daily.These species are Ruby Throated Hummingbirds. I will keep feeders up through October and if they are still present, I will notify your organization.
