Four instars of Monarch caterpillars on Asclepias incarnata and A. tuberosa. Favored plant by far was A tuberosa.

The Monarch Waystation at the NC Zoo was 'opened' in May, 2016. Just after final planting, staff and volunteers were admiring the garden when a Monarch flew in and began nectaring, announcing the opening of our new waystation!
