Hummingbird Sighting

Date: 09/23/2016

Number: 3

I can tell its hummers on their flight southward.
One got right in front of my face as I sat under a red patio umbrella. She was looking for feeder holes in the umbrella pole. She quickly found the actual feeder in the tree nearby.
It was a pretty cool moment.

I'm still seeing (rarer and rarer now) hummers chasing one another, however it tends to be in the morning and in the evening.
The middle of the day is pretty quiet this time of Fall.
