We had monarchs in a sheltered corner of our garden as the wind turned harsh. There were four on the tithonia and tropical milkweed flowers in the picture, and another three on another tithonia, two on a pair of tropical milkweeds in a different area, and others (or the same ones -- who knows?) passing through in other areas of the yard, including one checking out a large lantana on the roof.
