10:13 am A female monarch feeding on Verbena and New England Aster. I'm sure she's the same one that was here yesterday. She looks perfect in spite of all the wind and rain that we've had the last few days. Currently it is 56 degrees with WNW winds of 14 MPH. It's sunny now but it will be overcast by early afternoon with a slight chance of rain. The weather after today will improve markedly and hopefully she will move on.
