Monarch Larva Sighted

Date: 09/22/2016

Number: 3

I can't believe I saw them so late. I brought them inside & 2 produced beautiful female monarchs. Earlier in the month I brought in 2 eggs that produced a male & female monarchs. One more beauty was set free today. I worry though that it's so late in the season. The weather is erratic with temps in the low 40's at night. I have 2 more chrylasises that won't be born until 10/7 or so.

This is the first time I am trying to save the Monarchs & I am sorry I didn't do this sooner.
