First thing in the a.m., I consistently see 4 hummers at once, between 2 feeders. I think they are the ones we've had all summer.
They are there with first daylight, even though temps. have been chilly, low 50's. I see individuals throughout the day, feeding in the gardens and at the feeders. Difficult to know if any migrators. They also feed heavily at dusk.
