I am an avid poster here, I have not seen any hummingbirds since Tuesday evening (27th) the weather turned cold and it has rained for several days, nightime temps 10C or below. I will continue to clean and refill feeders till the middle of October just incase there are any stragglers making their way southbound. A week earlier than usual departure this year.
It is supposed to warm up with a high of 20C Tuesday with sunshine so I will keep my eyes open.
I will miss them...until April / May stay well stay safe my little feathered friends.
