Number: 1

Could not believe my eyes when I spotted a Monarch butterfly in my backyard in October. What a beautiful sight and on such a beautiful fall day. It was feeding on the tall verbena in the garden for a couple of hours. Then, to my surprise, I thought I saw a second, but it was a Viceroy butterfly. That was amazing. A monarch and a viceroy at the same time in October. Got a picture of both of them. The monarch butterfly picture is attached.
