I observed many monarchs flying south over east/west highway while driving this morning. So, when I returned home for lunch I sat outside from 1-1:30pm and observed 5 flying about 40 feet high going south. Then in garden on way back inside, I observed 12 nectaring on zinnias and marigolds. The temperature is 80 degrees with wind out of southwest.
