I saw 3 Monarchs between Leawood, Kansas and Olathe, Kansas (a trip of about 20 minutes). They were single butterflies and flying fast. Sunny skies and 74 degrees. I was only able to get a photo of one Monarch today (attached). They were on the move and not at all interested in nectaring.
