While checking the status of the pupa I reported last week, and had to rescue as the leaf it is on had turned brown and dropped off, I found 3 more pupae in the lower garden! One of the three new ones is pitch black- indicating it is nearly ready! However, I am conflicted as to whether I should rescuer this one as it is now nearly sunset and both a cold front and rain are coming tonight. I may just rescue it. The other two pupae are milky green and I left them as is.
