Tonight we had around 3,000 within the one stand of trees.

October 6: A cold front will be pushing through this evening so it will be interesting to see what the monarchs do in the morning. One more thing...I found a tagged monarch this morning when I was collecting for our tagging activity this morning. We had tagged it on Tuesday, October 4th, so it had stayed with us for a couple of days.
