Hummingbird Sighting

Date: 10/07/2016

Number: 2

The two hummers were young. They would set and eat for a long time, then flap their wings as if they were exersizing them them for take off. They really were pudgy. The next day they were gone.

In all the years I have been watching the hummers this is the latest they left. They usually leave Sept 20 -23 every year.

I will miss seeing them. Our feeder is about 3 inches from a big window.
