I only watched for 10 minutes at school, but saw 4 monarchs in that time. I counted about 15 in 30 minutes at a nearby location. Several of the students in class reported seeing many monarchs on Tuesday and Wednesday. (We were on fall break, so didn't see the butterflies as a group.)
