Found one lone monarch struggling to land in a tree while flying into a brisk SW wind. It came from a NE direction and seemed to have an urgent need to rest. It remains in the same tree after about one hour. Sunny, 50 degrees. Not much blooming except a few goldenrod and purple asters to provide nectar in this area.
