The Monarch butterfly is the state insect of Illinois. We are planting milkweed at our school and raising and releasing Monarchs. We hope the Monarchs make it to Mexico and return in the spring! Gracias por cuidar a las mariposas monarcas este invierno, de parte de sus vecinos del norte.
