A beautiful day here: feeling like 26C. mostly sunny and SW
winds at 21 k/hr.
Kept waiting for monarchs to show up, and finally 1 female flew into our gardens from the north at 4:15 p:m. She started to feed immediately on butterfly bushes and was last seen at 5:45 p:m. She will likely spend the night here in our cedars. Monarch Waystation
