It was a sunny, warm afternoon.I was working in my backyard, and I looked up and saw a Monarch hovering above my house! It flew down and landed on the Mexican Torch sunflowers and ate from there for about an hour, then flew to the Southwest! I was so surprised to see a Monarch so late in the month!
