at 3:27 pm I saw four butterflies: two males and two females feeding on butterfly bushes. Temp about 79F, wind 14 mph, sunny. The butterflies were very active either flying or feeding. I tagged two. Immediately after release the monarchs flew away to the top part of very tall trees across the road.It is amazing how the monarchs take advantage of the wind to fly very fast!
