Acorns are falling in abundance. Pecan trees are loosing leaves and some of the hulls are opening on the nuts. Our firebush is beginning to have some color. The Maximillian sunflowers, fall asters, and Simpson rosinweed are in full bloom. Lots of queen butterflies on the mist flower and rosinweed.

All the hummers have left.
