these butterflies between 1300 - 1330 hrs from Gate 37 C. flying even across the runways from the Potomac River and downtown Washington DC. butterflies at elevation from near ground level to maybe 100 feet above. all flying over the terminal or flying up against the terminal building and then rising along the glass wall and then over the roof. this report second in a sequence of 0.5 hr reports same date and location. also saw two of the ladies also apparently migrating similar manner to monarchs.
