This year, my last sighting is probably this report for Sunday, Oct. 16. I saw one hummingbird on the feeder that day. Last year, my last sighting was Oct. 13. This week's temperatures were still in the high 80s/low 90s, very warm for this time of year and maybe that's why they stayed for a few more days.
