Saw at least a dozen Monarchs yesterday when the front blew in, in a thirty minute period. Today, I saw two in a ten minute time, plus lots of Queen butterflies. The monarchs have been particularly aggressive towards the other butterflies, and also each other. The photo shows the contrast in the male monarch on the left, and the female queen sitting on his right.
