Spotted a monarch flying around in the backyard with another monarch dangling from underneath it. I thought at first the bottom one was dead, because it didn't even move its antennae. Once they finally settled down on some branches, I got proof they actually were mating. The male was the one on top, doing all of the heavy lifting through the air ;)
