Saw my first EVER Monarch butterfly on my RED milk weed I just planted this spring (and just bloomed for the first time 2 days ago) yesterday! I'm so excited! I've been having the Gulf Fritillary all year after attracting them with flowers but I've NEVER had a Monarch in my yard! I have a certified backyard wildlife habitat since 1998. Next spring I plan on making a bigger butterfly garden...any suggestions???
