The Meadow had FOUR black and orange friends today! I actually got to tag my first wild Monarch ~ WRL280. The one I tagged took off as soon as I released him, but the other 3 stayed until around 4:00pm. Thank goodness for our field of Tropical milkweed that's still in full bloom. Almost all the other flowering plants are either dead from the drought we're in or have gone dormant.
