As I was driving on the route 33 Nelsonville bypass, near Nelsonville, Ohio, I observed a Bald Eagle soaring above. I was not able to document it but the black body and white tail and head were obvious so I know it was a Bald Eagle. This area is also in Wayne National Forest.
