PLANTED!!! The first of 300+ Red Emperor Tulips were planted on the last day of October. Our sixth graders planted their tulips in trenches dug 7 inches below the surface. Each bulb's mass was measured to see if there is a connection to the size of the tulip plant. We can't wait to see... Mornings are at the freezing mark these days, but get much warmer in the afternoon. Leaves are falling and snow is around the corner... Happy Fall-----Happier Spring!
