Two Monarchs seen at the same time (about 1:00 PM CST) feeding on marigold nectar (120 feet of marigold surrounding our garden) along the south end of Spirit Lake in Dickinson County, Iowa. Temp about 65 degrees F. with SW winds of 10-15 mph and clear skies. This is the third consecutive day observing Monarchs on these same marigolds.
