I had just finished counting 19 Monarchs nectering on the abelia flowers in the Lowe's parking lot when a shinny tag caught my eye. With my heart racing with excitement, I snapped a few pictures with my cell phone even though the glare made my screen pitch black. I was elated when I saw that Monarch Watch tag WRJ401 turned out pretty clear. I have submitted my findings and picture to Monarch Watch in hopes to find this Monarch's original location and tagger.
